This binding legal agreement is between you  and Nlento. All website access, browsing and food order transactions are governed by Colorado state law, U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDA rules) and UCC commercial regulations. By placing orders, you fully agree to all terms below.
  1. Product Usage Restriction

    All food goods sold are for personal household consumption only. Resale, wholesale redistribution, commercial repackaging without written authorization is prohibited.
  2. Food Label & Health Disclaimer

    All product page ingredient lists, allergen alerts, nutrition facts, shelf life information strictly comply with FDA labeling requirements. Minor color difference caused by screen display does not count as product defect.

  3. Pricing & Payment Regulation

    All prices displayed in USD, excluding U.S. sales tax, international customs duties and logistics fees. We reserve the right to adjust prices, update food batch information, cancel mispriced orders without prior notice.

    Full payment must be completed before food order processing. We may cancel suspicious, duplicate, bulk abnormal orders to prevent fraud.
  4. Customer Conduct Rules

    Users shall not scrape website data, publish false food safety complaints, conduct fraud or other behaviors violating Colorado and U.S. federal food commerce laws. We retain rights to block IP, close customer accounts and refuse future service.
  5. Liability Limitation

    Nlentog’s maximum compensation liability shall not exceed the total payment amount of your single order. We shall not be liable for allergic reactions, physical discomfort, health issues arising from customer ignoring allergen labels, improper storage, overconsumption or self-modification of food products, within the maximum scope permitted by Colorado law.
  6. Clause Validity & Update

    We may revise terms periodically; continued website use after update means full acceptance. If any single clause is ruled invalid by Colorado courts, all remaining provisions remain legally enforceable.
